How to make reservations
Each family must submit a membership form at http://rivercityfieldtrips.org/membership/ before they can register for field trips.

Click on the field trip below.

After reading the details of the field trip, check to see if 2 point persons have signed up.

If the trip isn’t full and there are 2 point persons signed up, you are welcome to submit your reservation form.

If 2 point persons have not signed up, we would love to have You volunteer to be point person! If you would like to volunteer to be point person, you can submit your reservation as soon as you would like.

Submit your payment for each reservation within 3 business days. We prefer you combine payments into 1 check or 1 PayPal transaction. Click Here for Payment information, including how to pay via PayPal.

If paying by check, you must include a payment form. If you are paying via PayPal, please note what trips you are paying for, your name, and send it to “Friends & Family.” Click Here for detailed instructions.

If the trip is full, you can still submit a reservation form, but you will be added to the waiting list. Do not remit payment if you are on the waiting list unless you are notified that space has opened up.

If you need to make Changes or need to Cancel a reservation you have already submitted, email us with the information you need to change or cancel.

When are Payments Due?

Each individual family must submit reservations for themselves.

Payment is due within 3 business days of making your reservations. If you need more time to make your payment, please email us to make arrangements.

Be sure to join our Yahoo! Group to be notified of upcoming field trips and payment deadline reminders.

Check the Database

You may check the Database to remind yourself of what reservations you have made. It is usually updated on Sunday evenings. If you cannot access the database, please email us. Thanks!

Please note: I do my best to keep everything up to date, but there will be times that it is not. There will be errors and mistakes. We will be attending all of the Stage One, Derby Dinner, Actors Theatre, and Louisville Ballet performances, as well as the Frazier Museum’s Hunger Games exhibit!
