· Be sure to email us an RSVP before sending in a payment

           (Some field trips fill up fast—when you have received an email confirmation from us you

                 are sure to have your spaces reserved)

· We accept paypal or checks

· You may check this DATABASE to ensure that we have received your RSVP and/or payment.

Refund policy:

If we have already paid for the group tickets to an event, we will not be able to refund your money.  However, you are welcome to sell your tickets to someone else.  Just please inform us if you have sold your tickets.

 

If we have NOT already paid for the tickets, and you are unable to attend a field trip, we would be happy to refund your money or offer you a credit to another field trip.

 

Additionally, anytime WE cancel a field trip, we will certainly refund your money or offer you a credit to another field trip.
